STEP 1-FIND YOUR SIZE AND SHAPE
Find the exact size and shape rug that best suits your room. With our very
large looms, we can satisfy most any size request. Whether you need a narrow
runner for a long hallway, a round area rug for a private corner, a rug of grand
proportion to fit wall to wall in your largest room or just need one in a
standard size, New Moon has the capability to create it. Call us directly and

STEP 2-CHOOSE YOUR DESIGN
We have many wonderful designs from our various collections for you to
select, from traditional to contemporary and everything in between! You’ll be
amazed at the variety of patterns and styles we offer! View samples of our rug
designs in various colors to help you decide which you like best.
STEP 3-SELECT YOUR COLORS
View our wide selection of Tibetan Wool poms for the perfect colors that best
match your needs! And if you are having a hard time matching the poms to the
colors you need, we’ll make it easy for you! Simply give us your color palette
and we’ll match it, so you get exactly what you want, the way you want it! We
want you to have complete confidence and enjoy the experience of designing
your own rug!
STEP 4-APPROVE AND ORDER YOUR RUG
Once you have selected your design and chosen your colors, we’ll get to work
making a sample of your rug for your approval. You’ll feel the texture, see the
actual colors and see how the finished rug will look! This way, you can rest
assured that you are getting exactly what you want! New Moon™ wants to
ensure the safest, most reliable experience with our custom capabilities for
everyone who purchases a New Moon™ Rug.
STEP 5- RECEIVE YOUR RUG AND ENJOY!
You have selected your design, colors and approved your rug sample, and are
well on your way to having your very own one-of-a-kind New Moon™ rug. Once
you approve the sample, your custom rug will go on the loom to be expertly
woven by the most skilled weavers in the industry. Your hand woven, custom
rug will arrive in a timely manner for you to enjoy.
